Lego For Charity

Lego For Charity was started by Andrew (11 years old) in 2020. Andrew was inspired to give back to Community by repurposing unwanted and donated Lego.

By creating new sets that can be sold later, with the proceeds going to animal organizations.

It’s been one year since Lego for Charity started, and in one year, we’ve raised $1935.30, surpassing our goal of $800! We’ve donated whole amount to BCSPCA. Thank you everyone for supporting us. :)

These sets were finished over the summer, but we didn’t get a chance to update. This is our second Harry Potter set :). It’s a great Christmas gift for your friends or loved ones! Please contact us if you’d like to purchase these sets.

Thank you Nathalie for suggesting this app to us! We tried using it and we built 2 sets! The app’s name is Brickit. It’s nice for when you have loose pieces at home. All you need to do is place your pieces on a flat surface, scan the pieces, and the app will give you recommendations as to what you can build. They also provide step-by-step instructions. It’s going to be a huge help for us!

We had successful sales at the Abbotsford Flea Market! We made a profit of $241 ($291-$50 for the cost of the table). Thank you Alex, Steven, Angela (donated $4), Nathan, Andy, and others! We were able to sell 19 sets. In total, we’ve raised $1935.25 for BCSPCA.
