I did that thing again - where I took some time away from social media and just focused on being in my life and business (if you haven't done this recently, I 10/10 recommend it!)

But I'm feeling that I'm ready to come back and share a bit more here, so I thought I'd start with some updates.

Spending time away from socials always gives me a chance to actually hear my own thoughts and tune into what I really want - and what I've gotten so clear on in the last couple of months is where I truly want to be spending my time and energy.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That's why I'm reviving the OBM-services side of my business. While I still have my digital download shop (if you haven't checked it out yet, peep the link in my bio), what I most love doing is helping other entrepreneurs 1:1. It's just in my blood.

So whether it's automations, tech integrations, marketing, or project management - I'll be pouring my heart and soul into helping clients scale their business with my 1:1 services. All the details are on the website and my DM's are always open.

With Summer right around the corner, and shifting my business in this way, it feels like life is getting just that much sweeter.

Have you gotten stuck in the habit of putting yourself last? 😬

This lesson is coming through strong for a lot of people right now. I’ve seen it in myself and my friends going through early motherhood over the last few years. I’ve also seen it in my entrepreneur friends while they grow their business.

The habit of putting everyone else first may be common, but that doesn’t mean it works. Whether it’s always putting your family’s needs in front of your own, or burning the candle at both ends in your business - it’s a habit that’s not sustainable.

And while we know we should be taking care of ourselves, there are always things in the way. Other priorities that need to be completed. Mom Guilt. Resistance.

What if it could be more doable? What if it wasn’t about some massive life overhaul (because how realistic is that?). But what if it was just about adding in a few little things each day to support ourselves?

I’ll admit, I used to think that advice was BS. I didn’t think doing small things would be “enough” to make a difference.

I proved myself wrong.

Focusing on the small things creates big impact over time. Is it immediate? Not always. But every small thing we do to help ourselves stacks. And over time, that stack can make a big difference.

So whether it’s adding in 5 minutes of journaling, reading for 10 minutes, walking across the parking lot instead of parking right beside the door, choosing one nutritious meal, or any other small action you can take - don’t discount it. Those small deposits in your self-care bank will add up over time.

And as we wind down 2021 and head into 2022, what better time to start adding those deposits - so you can feel better about calling in and cultivating everything you want in the new year. ⚡️✨

Something that has become crystal clear to me over the last couple of years is just how important this distinction is:
