You do NOT need to be a trivia expert to come.
In fact, we're hoping you'll join us for the laughs, the conversations, and the chance to spend time with fellow Reppers outside of the workouts.
Sure, there will be trivia questions, but this night is much more about community than competition.
Come with a team, come by yourself, bring your favourite snacks and drinks, and enjoy a fun evening together.

Coach: "Just match my weight."
5 minutes later...
Me: "I don't think we're doing the same workout." π
The worst part?
You can't even complain because they're standing right beside you smiling and calling it "character building." π

Your kid is more likely to get hurt playing soccer than lifting weights with a coach. That's not an opinion β it's what the injury data shows.
Supervised youth strength training has a lower injury rate than most of the sports your kid already plays. And it makes them more resilient in those sports too.
Strength isn't the risk. It's the protection. πͺ

A calendar that looks like it lost a fight with a highlighter

The goal this month isn't perfection.
It's showing up when you can, moving your body, and remembering that 45 minutes at the gym can make the other 23 hours of the day feel a little more manageable.

Looking forward to another great evening of practice with an awesome group of people.
Dragon boat is quickly becoming one of my favourite things about summer. There's something special about 20 people working together toward the same goal, learning new skills, getting a great workout, and having a lot of fun along the way.
A huge thank you to Coach Aaron and our amazing teammates who make this possible. We appreciate you all.

Thinking about joining Run Club but not sure if you're "a runner"?
Perfect. Most of us started there too.
You don't need to be fast.
You don't need fancy gear.
You don't need to be training for a race.
Just show up.
Every week we have people of all abilities running, walking, laughing, and encouraging each other along the way. The goal isn't to be the best runnerβit's to get a little better, have some fun, and be part of an awesome community.
Looking at this photo, it's pretty clear we don't take ourselves too seriously.
