Couple of JL 10W1’s added under the seat in one of our custom fibreglass enclosures. This replaced the factory 8” sub that is very underwhelming for audio/bass lovers.

This system was powered by the Kaption Car & Home Audio DZR 600. Perfect for these truck installs. Small size with solid reliable power. 🛻🔊

This was a big one to say the least…😅

Now that it’s all done we can appreciate how beautiful this truck is.

Where do we begin…..

This ‘56 got a full centre console housing the Memphis bluetooth controller, bass k**b, storage slot, usb charger, and cup holders. Not to mention it’s all built around the gear shift, which some will notice isn’t finished with the typical snow brush option. Every trim panel used magnets for that ultra clean “no visible screw” installs we are known for….not to mention the easiest accessibility for vehicle maintenance.

A pair of Audison 6.5” coaxials are housed in our kick panels, all wrapped in the same brown/tan vinyl as the seat. The same vinyl was used on the face of the sub box behind the seat. A pair of JL TW1s tucked in nicely giving us maximum leg room and tons of output. Just beside them we added a set of the Audison 6x9s for a more immersive sound. This truck is jam packed with audio, all powered by the mighty JL RD900/5. As a final detail we did CNC custom etched inserts on the kick panels and behind the seat, they are the icing on the cake👌

Huge shout out to our installers. After hours, on the weekends, any chance they had to get this truck done they used. The photos only capture so much, the custom work we do sets the standard high. Everything audio you see here was made by Team SOB in our 4 man shop, that gives the customer the guarantee it was done right 👊

A Single 10” JL W1 tucked into the passenger side footwell. Where else can you put a sub in these things 😅

Biggest question we get asked is how much floor space do I lose? With our design NONE. The enclosure uses the vertical space up from the floor edge. And the output is nothing short of amazing considering how loud the stock top end is.

These installs are always fun and the C8s look great, they just need some bass🤟
