The children learned all about farmers and how they help grow the food we enjoy every day. From discovering how grain is stored to understanding the journey from farm to table, it was a fun and meaningful learning experience. Thank you to the Alberta Grain Elevator for welcoming us and helping our children learn about an important part of our community! 💛

🧘‍♀️✨ Yoga with Surinder was a big hit! Our children had so much fun learning different yoga poses and practicing deep breathing exercises. It was wonderful to see everyone stretching, focusing, and relaxing together.
