Sales and new listings reach near record-setting numbers in the Fraser Valley in July, according to the President of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.

There were 2,100 Sales in July which is a 22.2% increase over June and a 44% increase over July 2019.

Despite what is happening around the world, our real estate market is ahead of what was anticipated. We are seeking a Seller's market for Townhomes & Single Family homes in the Fraser Valley.
