The team received a call about an infloor system not operating as it should. Well it turns out the secondary tank being used was completely rotted out and had been taken out of service, the homeowner due to lack of time spent in the basement never noticed it.

So after some brief conversation with the new Rheem tank to get this absent flowing again!

The IT guy strikes again!

Well pictures were taken and the event was attended but our IT guy forgot to make the post. So with that we would like to thank Lacombe and District Chamber of Commerce for having us at the Lacombe Tradeshow this year. We cannot wait for next year's events!

The team got called out to a home because the furnace just would not stay running. After some investigation it was found that the board had shorted out and resulted in burning out the fan motor.

After a lengthy conversation the homeowner decided she wanted to upgrade away from the non reliable Lennox. So in with the whisper quiet 98% efficient modulating Ruud!
