Wove a Caribbean Huck towel today at the guild for the June community project. It was fun to make up the stripe patterns and choose random colours as I went along. It would definitely put this on the loom to do again.
Hi! I’m Ruby, a small artist from Ontario, Canada. I create watercolour home portraits, buttons from vintage stamps & comics, watercolour jewellery and handwoven tea towels.

Throwback Monday. Found this painting from 2021, how my style has changed.
Wow! What a great day celebrating women’s achievements and accomplishments in Waterloo region today at the expo. It was amazing to have such fantastic conversations, meet some followers in real life and make some new connections.
I’m taking commission orders for architecture paintings (link in bio) were looking at those Father’s Day gifts.
