Last night, our Relish travellers enjoyed a fabulous night at La Palestra de Cibo in the beautiful city of Torino!
Chef Sergio and his team welcomed us with open arms - “We love Canadians! They are from the modern world of America, but they have the hearts of Europeans.” Grazie Mille, Chef!
Our trip is soon coming to an end, but the memories of great food, beautiful sights, and warm hospitality will live on forever!

A day in the Langhe.
Rolling hills covered in vines, medieval villages perched on hilltops, and enough Barolo and other varietals to make you forget what time it is.
There’s something wonderfully unhurried about this corner of Piedmont. Good food, beautiful views, great w**e, and nowhere else you need to be.
