Good Morning Folks
Sorry about the early email....Time zone difference

Brooklyn will be boxing in a few hours so I wanted to send update for those planning on watching the live feed

15-yr old Plattsville native Brooklyn Kaufman of Waterloo Regional Boxing Academy is currently participating at the 75th Gergerly Bornemissza Boxing Tournament in Eger Hungary.

Brooklyn, the current U17 Canadian National Champion will be facing Mira Nagy-Papasz of Hungary today, this afternoon Bout #2, Ring #2 in the Blue corner.

Below you will find the links for the live feed of both rings...not sure which is which.

Again, there is only one session per day and that starts at 1 pm locally, or 7am Ontario Time

Thank you
Coach Rick

On Friday August 29th, 2025 Waterloo Regional Boxing Academy was very fortunate to have been selected to host a visit with the Stanley Cup. The Cup was delivered to the boxing ring by Greg Campbell.

Greg Campbell is the current Assistant Manager of the 2025 Stanley Cup winners, the Florida Panthers. Greg also won the Cup as a player with 2001 Boston Bruins and was a member of the Kitchener Rangers Memorial Cup and Canada World Juniors.

Members of WRBA along with the public were provided with an opportunity to have a photo taken with the Cup and enjoy some breakfast and refreshments.

Many thanks to Tim Horton’s (store #1391) and Bill Gianoullas of Fireside Deli and Grill for the catering. and many thanks to our photographer, Laura
