Centre In The Square is Kitchener's world-class live performing arts venue! The cost to build The Centre was just over $11 million.
An acoustical and architectural jewel, Centre In The Square, was designed by Rieder, Hymmen and Lobban, and opened in September, 1980. The focal point of the spacious building is the Raffi Armenian Theatre, one of North America's most expansive, acoustically- superior halls. Last night our friends at the Centre In The Square announced their 2026-2027 Season, which includes FIVE Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony concerts: all four concerts in our Masterworks Series plus our Yuletide Pops!
Tickets are currently on sale to Centre In The Square Members only, but will go on sale to the public on June 8.
