Conestoga College's Athletics and Recreation department offers a range of programming and facilities designed to engage students and enhance their health and wellness. Varsity and Extramural Athletics
Conestoga College is an active member in the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) and the Canadian Collegiate Athletics Association (CCAA). Student Programming
Exercise and engagement are a key component of student success. Athletics and Recreation offers programming that includes casual drop-in sports, intramural sports, fitness classes and student events. Facilities
Our state-of-the-art Student Recreation Centre offers multiple gymnasiums, a Fitness Centre, an indoor running track and Health and Wellness offices.

Today, we recognize the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
September 30 is a day to honour Survivors, remember the children who never returned home from residential schools, and reflect on the ongoing work of reconciliation.
We encourage our Condors community to take time today to listen, learn, and reflect.

🏃♀️🏃♂️ RACE WEEK!
The Condors Cross Country team is back in action this Saturday at the OCAA Invitational, hosted by the Fanshawe Falcons at Fanshawe Conservation Area in London.
Men’s Race | 11:00 AM
Women’s Race | 12:00 PM
📍 Fanshawe Conservation Area, London
Saturday’s race also gives the Condors a preview of the OCAA Championship course, with Fanshawe set to host the Championship on October 31.

Condors of the Week!
Owen Stirling | Men’s Rugby
Owen was a force in the lineout in the Condors’ 43-10 win over the St. Lawrence Surge. He consistently secured possession for the Condors while repeatedly disrupting the Surge and winning their lineouts.
Jake Semiwolos | Men’s Rugby
Jake showed off his speed and attacking ability, leading the Condors offence with two tries in the 43-10 victory. His pace helped spark the Condors as they powered past the Surge.
A dominant performance from the Condors, with Owen and Jake making their mark all over the pitch!
