Last night, we worked through some shoulder rotational conditioning and finished with some ring chin ups to build some more strength in the position

Train with the pros 📝
One of the key benefits of training with us is that our coaches are also active high performance athletes, playing in League1, NCAA, UWS or UPSL teams and the experience in the field often relays to the training we do in house ⚽️

Technical Soccer Sessions Starting Tonight‼️
We’re running weekly sessions for high performance athletes looking at getting ready for the summer season. Our sessions will focus on technical work such as ball mastery, first touch, movement on/off the ball and more, as well as incorporating some power and mobility training to provide the aid in performance and injury prevention.
