Today's art feature is "A Place to Breathe," by Leo Vandas.
Leo Vandas is a self-taught visual artist from Kamloops. She creates acrylic paintings focused on realism, atmosphere, and expressive colour, often inspired by natural environments.
If you love this piece as much as we do, you can pledge volunteer hours to non-profit groups at the upcoming Kamloops Timeraiser coming up in October.

Meet Ester! Ester is one of the lucky winners who bid 100 volunteer hours on "Saturday Movie Night" by artist Insun Kang! It seems fitting Ester has fulfilled the majority of her hours volunteering at The Paramount Theatre through the Kamloops Film Society.
Ester also spends much of her time volunteering with The Can-Ital Ladies Society!
