Today’s session felt extra special.

Lucy is from England and is spending part of her gap year travelling through Alberta and British Columbia celebrating her 20th birthday along the way before heading home to begin medical school.

When she reached out about doing a photo session in Jasper and having it land on International Women’s Day, we immediately loved the idea.

There’s something incredibly inspiring about a young woman taking time to explore the world on her own terms before beginning such an important chapter in her life.

The session was beyond fun, and David and I left feeling completely inspired by this wonderful young woman.

My very good friend Vrato was seriously injured in an accident while ice climbing in Colorado. He’s facing major medical costs and will need to be transported back to Canada.
