Athlete Profiling looks at the physical foundations that support all sportsโspeed, strength, power, agility, endurance, and reaction time. This isnโt about ranking athletes; itโs about helping them understand how their bodies move and develop. Using metrics such as grip strength, the beep test, squat jumps, and other key performance measures, athlete data becomes a roadmap: highlighting strengths, revealing growth areas, and defining what true performance looks like from the ground up.
