Boulder Ridge Homes

Boulder Ridge intersects with the renowned Rails to Trails with two access points which makes it so easy to jump on the trails for a walk with your dog, bike adventure and you can even bring your horse for a little trot. We value healthy lifestyles and daily movement so when designing Boulder Ridge we wanted to be able to provide different opportunities for wellness whether it is on the lake or within the forest.

Meet our floral matriarch, Pat Routhier (aka Gabe’s mother.) Gabe’s parents Pat and Pedro have been instrumental throughout the development of Boulder Ridge. Not only did they create beautiful gardens amongst the landscape but they have been coming twice a day to water the plants, even seen collecting water from the stream. Many of the flowers were grown from seeds that Pat harvested over the past three years. We cannot thank them enough for their love and dedication to our family project. 🌷🙏

It’s been a busy summer at Boulder Ridge in Hubbards. 4 custom home builds on Lillian Lane and Noble Way. New roads going in. And preparing for the next release of upcoming lots.

Exciting update! We have officially named our new road in Boulder Ridge Noble Way, named after our great great grandfather who raised our grandmother Lillian. This road will have 18 lots that lead to Sim’s Lake where we will have lake access for residents. This will also be the location of our wellness centre which will feature a cedar wood fired sauna, hot tub and plunge pool.

The Trellis Cafe is our favourite place to grab a cup of incredible coffee and a homemade breakfast in Hubbards. If you have eaten here you know the homemade bread is legendary (also the fishcakes and beans are our personal fav.) This is the first summer for new owners (and our dear friends) Alisha Savary and April Gratto, both well known community builders in Hubbards. Everywhere they go they create a space that is not only warm and inviting to all but a menu that is impressive and healthy. Real food with heart. ❤️

Thank you to the team for putting up with us in the mornings when we hunker down in the corner table while we work in the next phase of our development. We appreciate you so much.

If you are lucky enough to be one of the few who gets to call Hubbards home, you know this is the season when our community shines the brightest. And if you are awake early enough to be one of the first to stroll one of our many beaches, nothing compares to the sound of the waves before people arrive.

This treasure is Fox Point Beach along the coast of St Margaret’s Bay and the perfect spot to visit for low tide. A favourite for snorkelling because of the crystal clear seas but if you are a local you know nothing beats the sound the ocean meeting the pebbles on the freshwater stream. 🌊

This weekend we handed over the keys of our latest custom home to an incredible family. Welcome to the neighbourhood Burkes, we couldn’t be happier that you chose to grow your family in Boulder Ridge.
