Looking for a fun and energizing way to kick off your Sunday and the new year? Join Miss Jessica, for
Sunday morning Jazzercise—the perfect mix of movement, music, and motivation to set a positive tone for the rest of your weekend.

Sunday mornings are a great time to move your body:

· No weekday rush or work stress

· A refreshing way to boost energy and mood

· You’re done early, with the whole day still ahead of you

· Start the week feeling accomplished and energized

Expect upbeat, feel-good dance routines set to a mix of 80s and 90s throwbacks, Lady Gaga,

ABBA, Taylor Swift, and more—it’s part workout, part dance party.

These classes are open to all fitness levels and ability levels. Whether you’re brand new to Jazzercise,
getting back into movement, or looking for a fun challenge, options are always provided so everyone can move comfortably and confidently.

Classes will be held on the following Sundays 8:45 – 9:30 am

Pricing: $70 / 4 classes.
