Our Adaptive Bike Program is completely free of charge and open to neighbours of all abilities and their caregivers. Come see us at Gage Park or Bayfront Park 🚲

Our ABH hours in April:
⛲Gage ABH: Wednesdays from 12-4pm
🌊Bayfront ABH: Thursdays from 9am-4pm

Our annual Seniors Month: Let’s Ride A Bike workshop took place this past Friday and we were so inspired by how many folks came out to try an adaptive bike and learn more about cycling safety.

Our annual Let’s Ride A Bike Workshop is back!

Celebrate Seniors Month and Bike Month by coming out to our workshop hosted in partnership with and . Learn or get a refresher on rider safety tips for older adults and try out an adaptive bike!

Introducing one of our new partners, the Micah House.

The Micah House hosts newcomers to Hamilton and provides them with support and services to help make their transition to Hamilton as smooth as it can be. Last month we hosted a workshop and helped get some of their members set up with our Pedal Pass so they can get around the city by .

We’ll be opening our Gage Park Adaptive Bike Hub on April 1st. For the first month of the season we’ll be offering rides on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10am-3pm. If you’d like to come for a ride, send us an email at [email protected] to book an appointment.

has been one of our ERI partners since 2016! As an partner they are equipped to register their clients for our pedal pass, helping more folks access in . Our partnership with Welcome Inn is particularly special as they help us connect with many newcomers and provide translated services through their staff and volunteers, especially in Arabic and Spanish.

The chilly temperatures outside have us missing summer days at the Adaptive Bike Hub! Planning for the 2025 season is underway and we can’t wait to host more rides across TWO Adaptive Bike Hubs in in only a few months!
