• Indoor washstall with radiant heaters and outdoor washstall, both with hot/cold running water
• 28’x 23’ Hayloft
• wall to wall interlocked rubber mats in aisleways
• farm facility has a separate hydrometer
There is a separate paved parking area and perimeter fencing
4 paddocks with grass. 2 with run ins and water hydrant (new 2025) and one small 14 x 20 paddock that is used when a horse needs to be on stall rest but this allows them to be outside and see their buddies

70 x 65 fenced lunging paddock

Thank you for your interest but we have a new boarder. We have 1 stall available at Amber Ridge Farm. Free choice fresh hay everyday, no one needs to dig through the snow looking for something to eat. Extra hay in the winter, so no one looses weight in the winter when they board at Amber Ridge. Lovely bright well ventilated and dustfree footing in our indoor arena that is never crowded. Toasty overhead heaters in our washstall that warms up your horse while you groom and tack up. Nothing better than a warm saddle in the winter 😉 We also have a heated tackroom that is always stocked with refreshments. Contact us to arrange a visit.

Our STANDARD BOARD includes;
· 4 Stall barn (2009) with attached indoor arena with lots of natural light and ventilation
· Heated viewing/tack room, with complete kitchenette
· individual tack lockers, saddle, bridle and blanket racks
· Indoor matted wash stall with hot and cold running water and radiant heaters
· Outdoor wash stall with hot and cold water
· Stalls are 10 x 12 and have;
- Stable Comfort matting with shavings and pellets bedding
- Double Water buckets with heated buckets in the winter in each stall
· 4 turnout paddocks, 2 with shelters .
· 1 small recovery paddock for horses on stall rest
· Heated water troughs outdoor during winter
· 85 x 200 outdoor riding arena, fully fenced
· 75 x 70 outdoor lunging ring,
· Use our veterinarian and farrier or yours are welcome
· Your coach (with proof of insurance) is welcome
· $725.00 (includes GST) indoor board only
Our FEED PROGRAM INCLUDES-
· Grain twice a day, hay is always available all day inside and outside
· owner supplied supplements will be dispensed as instructed during morning and evening meals
· all day free choice hay in paddocks year round
SERVICES INCLUDE -
· small group (2 horses) turn out daily – dependent on weather and footing
· stalls cleaned daily
· barn deworming program and annual f***l testing (costs included in board)
· barn monitored for safety and security
· turnout blanket/sheet/cooler/fly mask/fly spray (one on/off daily)
BOARDING REQUIREMENTS
· Boarding Contract & Liability Waiver will be necessary
· OEF yearly membership is mandatory
· Horses must be healthy and up to date with veterinarian care, vaccinations and dental care. Recent F***l test results required
· Horses must be well behaved, safe to handle and have no vices
