We had a very productive meeting today with our local representatives, Mark Tysdale and Dan Muss, to discuss the future of solar agrivoltaics on our farm. 🌱☀️

Our vision is to introduce special solar panels designed for agriculture—built high enough to allow apple trees to grow beneath them. This innovative approach combines renewable energy generation with fruit production, creating a system where both the environment and local food supply benefit.

By integrating solar power with apple orchards, we are exploring how these panels can help us:
🍎 Protect our apples from excessive heat and sun stress.
☀️ Generate clean energy directly on the farm.
🌍 Reduce our carbon footprint while improving soil and tree health.

We are excited to be working with our community leaders as we move forward with this project that supports sustainable farming and renewable energy for Hamilton.

Maple season underway !
Did you know we run 110 taps on our farm between both locations we are happy to be participating in the first harvest of the year !

New goats for the 2025 season these guys will be part of our new heard for 2025-2027 and on These girls were born early February we still have a few mommas that will be giving birth later in the spring
