Somebody asked me today why I like being a fitness instructor.

I paused.....

"I like bringing strangers together and creating a commeradity. I like letting go and singing and dancing with the microphone (even though I cannot sing). ....and I love my members".

I think it shows!!!!

It's that time of year when people make resolutions or reflect on improving themselves.
From my own personal experience .........I share this advice.
Enjoy the fact you can workout. Be thankful you have a healthy body to try new challenges and take the time for yourself.

My favourite saying is "mind over matter".
