Divine Roots

My team found these old reels in a google drive.
This is me about 2 or three years ago opening an online breathwork ceremony.

The funny thing is our daughter literally just go back from Peru, Ecuador, Nicaragua and Guatemala last week! Travel is in the family 💓
And My little family is everything to me - they are the ones that keep me grounded here in this work and on my path.

I am a woman, a human walking with purpose and mission and I am only able to serve to greatly and deeply, with immense devotion because I have incredible anchors in my life.

Often we think we need to be married or partnered with someone who is on the exact path - but no, as long as they are walking in the same direction and fully respect and honour your walk, you can still be held and grow and serve.

I need the groundedness and realness of my family.
They keep me humble. They keep me rooted and they help me to keep my feet on the ground.

Today is a shout out to our little Moowellyn trio. 💕
Feeling so grateful for the life I have 🙏

Sometimes I forget to take stock of my life.

As I was putting away my tools from last night’s ceremony, and clearing and cleaning my space. I looked around and was seeing my life with new perspective.

My office.
My healing space.
My personal altar.
My business.

I am literally living my prayer.
I am literally walking my talk.

Some days, some moments, some weeks and months it’s really hard and it takes me to my knees. This path often gets romanticized or glorified through pretty pictures on Social Media or the promise of financial freedom - but that’s just the old paradigm keeping you in the loop and the pattern.

This path, this walk tests u. It will test ur capacity. It will challenge your faith and trust, and it will challenge your relationships.

The path chooses you.
And when you say yes, there is no turning back.

Sitting in ceremony and our Divine Roots community last night - seeing the beautiful faces coming out on such a hot night know the studio would still be warm, they still came to breathe - they reminded me …. Their presence was the little nudge I needed after such a tough week.

I don’t walk this path alone. I walk with community- in person and online.

Divine Roots was a prayer that came into being , what I did not anticipate was the community that would grow through this prayer.

And as I sit in my healing space, my personal temple typing this in real time, I say Thank You 🙏.

Thank you for choosing to be here in this now moment with me.

I am so grateful for you presence in my life and this community.

Good Morning.

It’s been a week - so I thought u would check on u and just all take a breath together.

We made it to Friday.

There was a moment at the top of the week where I couldn’t even see Friday, so if ur like me …. Take the exhale. You deserve it.

This is a month to recognize the history that has happened to the original peoples of this land, a time to reflect and educate, unlearn, listen and learn but also a time to truly appreciate the diversity and rich contributions that Indigenous people continue to offer our communities.
