Just to communicate better, I will be posting monthly availability at the beginning of each month on the website (link in bio)

I am still in my hard to massage a lot/be available schedule until June when things will switch up.

Again, my apologies for any inconvenience of trying to get in. This is all I can manage for now between both careers, I have been trying to get folks in and a lot of weeks I am working 7 days a week.

Our holiday season challenge! Starting today, December 13th until December 24th, myself and will release one common rehab accessory exercise and a mobility exercise to go with it, every day for 12 days! There will be a draw for a winner on Monday, December 27th.

To make an entry, all you need to do is film yourself doing BOTH the rehab and mobility exercises and post them as either a story (can be one story for each) or post and tag the following accounts:
