Ok, maybe it isn’t identical but you get the idea.

Sprints aren’t going to destroy your hamstrings, Squats aren’t going to make your knees explode

IF

you respect the movements, load strategically, and listen to your body.

You can still sprint fast, jump high, and lift a barbell, just make sure you or your coach knows how to monitor training load, account for other stressors outside of training, and have a backup plan if the body says no that day.

This is a BIG client transformation 💪

has been doing personal training with me 1-on-1 on and off since last April, and group training with me since 2022!

He ALWAYS knew how to train hard, add dialling in his nutrition and the numbers don’t lie!

Since April 2025 Devon is
+9.69lbs
+7.75” cumulatively with increases in arms/chest/shoudlers/legs-maintained waist-decreases in his hips.
