Paramount was established in 1993 on Harvard road offering customers quality-sporting goods, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. After 15 years at our Harvard location we out grew the current store and then relocated to a bigger location at 30 Arrow Road. This location allows us to continue to keep offering quality products that fit you and your resources. No longer do we shut our bike department down for the winter or turn away skiers in the summertime looking for an off-season tune up.

This is the kind of weather bikes were invented for.
Solo rides. Couple rides. Family rides. Friend rides.
Coffee rides. Ice cream rides. Trail rides. Rides with no destination at all.
Fast rides. Slow rides. “Just one loop” rides that somehow become three.
Whatever kind of ride you’re into, the forecast is looking good.
We’re here till 5. 🚲☀️
Bike bags are a slippery slope.
It starts with a burrito bag for snacks.
Then a top tube bag for easier access to snacks.
Then a frame bag for more snacks.
Then a seat bag for tools.
Then panniers because capacity matters.
Then a hydration pack because apparently the bike is full.
Before long, you’re carrying enough gear to cross a continent on your local after-work loop.

Be prepared for the ride.
Nothing ruins a great ride faster than a preventable mechanical.
Pack a tube (even if you’re tubeless), a pump or CO₂, tire levers, a multi-tool, and a quick link. They don’t weigh much, but they can save a long walk home.
Hope for tailwinds. Plan for flats. 🚴♂️🔧💨
A gravel bike is what happens when a road bike stops following the rules.
Pavement? Sure.
Gravel? Absolutely.
That sketchy dirt road you spotted halfway through the ride? Why not.
Fast enough to keep up. Tough enough to wander off. A gravel bike turns “I wonder where that goes…” into part of the ride.
