Today we mark Red Dress Day; the National Day of Awareness and Remembrance for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit people.
We remember those who are missing, those who were taken, and stand with the families and communities carrying that loss.
As a community mental health and disability support provider, we recognize the ongoing impact of violence and systemic inequities as well as our responsibility to act against these forces.
