- List 3 things you are grateful for
- List all the people in your life that love you
- Smile, Breathe and remind yourself you'll be okay
- Throw yourself a dance party
- Write down what you 'have' to get done and do ONE of those things
- Call someone and tell them how much you appreciate them
- Write a list of all the amazing qualities about yourself

The most painful moments of your life are what give you the contrast to feel EVERY single good moment from there on out.

Without bad how would you know what good is like?
Without knowing what up is, how could you tell me what down is?

The more that you allow yourself to make those hard decisions, to look at what you have been avoiding and really face-off with the pain the more Joy, Love, Gratitude, Happiness, Peace, Calmness and every other positive emotion you will begin to experience.

It gets better... and not going to lie... it gets a lot better.

The mind is a garden and every day you are planting seeds that will soon one day grow into becoming a plant. Every day we have a choice in which seeds we are planting, we are either planting good seeds or bad seeds. The more that you plant the bad seeds, well the worse your crop (The Mind) becomes if you take the time to plant good seeds and nurture their growth you will end up with a beautiful garden that you will enjoy spending time in.
Take care of your mind, take care of what goes into your mind, it's not even worth it having one bad thought in a day and it's possible to only have good ones.

Where are you headed?
Because we are always headed somewhere whether or not we aware of where we are going is the better question. If you are not sure where you are going, look at the actions that you take every day and extrapolate that over 5 years where will you be?
If you don't like it you have the power to change it, if you do like it awesome Keep Going!

Our first workout as a group was a success!

The imagine women showed up strong and pushed their way to the end in their first Bootcamp with our Fitness Expert Jen!

Movement and physical activity is necessary for each and every single one of us. It's important in so many ways and here are some just to name a few :)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Enhanced Mood
2. Healthier Lymph System (The process responsible for removing and draining toxins you put into your body)
3. Healthier Bones
4. Enhanced Brain Health
5. Improved S*x Life
6. Overall Increase in Well Being and Health
7. Lessens the chances of developing illness (Cancer and etc)
