Massages can also improve jaw mobility and reduce symptoms like headaches, ear pain, and facial pain. TMJ massage can be done with intraoral treatment with nitrile gloves being worn to treat the internal muscles of the jaw. If you are not comfortable with the intraoral treatment, it can be left out, please let me know your comfort level.
