Established in 1877. 98% MADE FRESH ON THE PREMISES. Well known for delicious sticky loaves, old recipe cookies, tarts and squares, home-made chocolate, holiday foods (like Easter chocolate, hotcross buns, mince tarts etc), buns, bread and especially our secret recepe and what we're known for most...our doughnuts...done the old fashioned way! DON'T BE DISAPPOINTED THAT THERE ISN'T ANYTHING LEFT, CALL THE NIGHT BEFORE AND LET US KNOW WHAT WE CAN MAKE FOR YOU.

After an extremely busy summer, our bakery is in need of a little maintenance and a deep clean and our hardworking bakers have certainly earned a holiday! 🥐🧹
Culbert’s Bakery will be closed next week ( Sept 28th- Oct 4th), and we’ll reopen refreshed and ready to serve you again the following week.

Our summer season is winding down, and after Labour Day weekend, we’ll be returning to five days a week instead of six!
Traditionally we are closed on Sunday and Monday throughout the fall...But we’d love your input before finalizing our fall hours.
