I’m participating in the Huron Polar Plunge in Goderich on January 1, 2024, to help raise money on behalf of the Huron and Area Search and Rescue and the Alzheimer Society Huron Perth.

Huron Polar Plunge: Clare Day - The Huron Polar Plunge - Alzheimer Society Huron Perth The Huron and Area Search and Rescue has partnered with the Alzheimer Society Huron Perth to host the Huron Polar Plunge. All funds raised stay local and help keep some of Huron County’s most vulnerable people safe.

Wednesday 7pm Sunset SUP at the cove .
We will work on some skills like forward stroke and turning and then anchor for some yoga on the water just before sunset ❤️
Bring your own board or i have a few extras!
Community paddle night ! Anybody and everybody can come out, complete beginner friendly!

Goderich Beach Clean up ! Find us from 10am 1pm cleaning up our favourite place ! Free BBQ provided by Zehrs after !

Wowo !!! Amazing to say the least!

We are excited to announce that Mike Shoreman, The Unbalanced Paddleboarder, will be arriving at Main Beach on Goderich Waterfront on Sunday, June 12 in the afternoon. Let's try to get a big crowd there to welcome him!!!

He is crossing Lake Huron on a paddleboard starting on Saturday, June 11 in Harbour Beach Michigan. Mike will be crossing all 5 Great Lakes, for the first time since 1988.

This is also the first time that the Great Lakes will be crossed all in one summer by a person with a disability challenging the stereotypes of persons with disabilities showing what they are capable of accomplishing when their communities believe in them.
