It’s already time to start putting together our Fall Riding Lesson schedule at Brudenell Riding Stables!

Our Fall Semester will run for 16 weeks and tuition is $800 + HST for the full semester, split into 4 monthly payments of $200 + HST.

Filling out this form helps us figure out our numbers, availability and build our master schedule so we can place riders into the best compatible groups and time slots.

⚠️ If you are planning to ride with us this fall, PLEASE fill this out as soon as possible! Pre-registering gives you placement preference before the official booking links are sent out.

This is a BIG week for the Cooper crew, and we want to see our friends, family, customers and familiar faces IN THE STANDS!! 📣❤️

And just to make the week even more exciting… IT’S MY BIRTHDAY WEEK! 🎂🥳
So really, this whole thing is basically one big birthday celebration for me. 😂
Presents are absolutely not required… but they will be accepted. 🤣🎁

🔥 FRIDAY — 12:00 PM & 5:00 PM
They’re doing it ALL OVER AGAIN! 😂🐎💨

Now… are barrels and poles the girls’ discipline? NOPE. 😂
Are they their horses’ discipline? ALSO NOPE. 😂
Did they want to do it anyway? ABSOLUTELY. 🤣

So we’re sending them in and hoping for fast horses, upright barrels and a whole lot of FUN! 😂🙌

A little PSA… because I think it needs to be said.

Over the last week, I’ve received more rude messages, angry voicemails, and repeated phone calls than I care to count. So I’d like to have an honest conversation.

Yes, I’m a business owner.

But before that, I’m a mom.

I’m a wife.

I’m a daughter.

I’m a farmer.

I’m a housekeeper.

I’m an employer.

I’m an employer.

I’m a human.

I’m the person doing the paperwork, the hiring, the marketing, the bookkeeping, the horse chores, the maintenance, and yes… answering the phone.

I wear a lot of hats.

If you call me 32 times on a Sunday while I’m spending time with my family, I’m probably not going to call you back that day.

If you leave me a voicemail full of profanity telling me I’m a terrible business owner because I didn’t answer your first call, I definitely won’t be calling you back.

If you call repeatedly at 1:00 am and continue texting, don’t be surprised if I happen to return the favour when my day starts at 5:00 a.m. (Although I’d rather neither of us do that.)

Here’s the reality…

I am not sitting behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring.

Most days I’m outside fixing fences, feeding horses, mowing grass, repairing equipment, , scooping ice cream, giving trail rides, coaching my kids, or simply trying to eat supper with my family.

Sometimes my phone dies.

Sometimes I’m on a horse.

Sometimes I’m at the vets.

Sometimes I’m at dance.

Sometimes I’m sleeping.

Sometimes I’m unloading a truck.

Sometimes I’m with customers.

Sometimes I’m just being a mom.

Sometimes I’m doing 100 other things.

Sometimes I’m on the phone talking to my best friends I haven’t taken to in weeks because my phone never stops ringing!

Every call and message is important to me, and I truly do my best to respond as quickly as I can. But “as quickly as I can” isn’t always immediately.

A little patience and kindness go a long way.

Behind every small business is a real person doing their absolute best.

Please remember that before assuming the worst because someone didn’t answer the phone on the first ring.

Thanks to the many wonderful people who are patient, understanding, and supportive. You make the hard days a whole lot easier. ❤️

Brudenell Riding Stables is hiring 2 Full-Time Seasonal Team Members.

💰 $20/hour. Full-time seasonal. Horses. Tourists. Long days. Amazing experiences.

We are looking for two outgoing, hardworking, horse-savvy people to join our team at Brudenell Riding Stables.

This is NOT a job where you sit around scrolling social media waiting for customers.

This is a job where you:
🐴 Handle horses daily
🐴 Help guests from all over the world
🐴 Saddle, groom, lead rides, and keep the barn running
🐴 Work as part of a fast-paced team
🐴 Represent one of PEI’s busiest riding operations

We need people who:
✅ Have significant horse experience
✅ Are confident speaking to groups and customers
✅ Can think on their feet
✅ Show up on time
✅ Have a strong work ethic
✅ Aren’t afraid to get dirty

What we DON’T need:

❌ People who spend more time on their phone than working
❌ People who think horses take care of themselves

🐴☀️ SUMMER HORSE CAMPS at Brudenell Riding Stables ☀️🐴

We’re thinking about offering week-long Summer Horse Camps this year and want to see if there’s enough interest before we finalize everything!

These camps would include:
🐎 Riding
🐎 Grooming & horse care
🐎 Horsemanship lessons
🎨 Crafts
🏖️ Beach walks
🌳 Park time & outdoor activities
🐎 Confidence building
🐴 Lots of horsey summer memories ❤️

📍 Location:

📍 Camp Hours:
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

⏰ Early drop-off & late pick-up available!

💰 Cost:
5-Day Horse Camp — $400 + HST = $460

🥪 Campers must bring their own lunch & snacks each day.

🍿 🌭 🍦 We also have Scoopers Dairy Bar on site with food and treats available including:
• Popcorn
• Hotdogs
• Ice cream
• Snacks & drinks
