I am excited to announce a 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐨𝐲𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐅𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 happening next Sunday, January 12th!

𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝟔-𝟖: Session starts at 12:00 PM
𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝟗-𝟏𝟐: Session starts at 1:00 PM

Our instructor, Noah (see comments to learn more about him), will guide the boys through a mix of strength training, bodyweight exercises, and fun conditioning activities. He’ll also use various fitness tools and focus on teaching proper strength training techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness.

This is a fantastic opportunity to help your young men build confidence, improve self-esteem, and get active!

We’re offering this free trial so they can experience the program firsthand before you decide to commit.
