Putting the end back on a wee shaft with a #5-40 tpi thread. No taps and dies for this...single point baby! 👍😃

While the spline job cools we're off to make a special socket to remove some corroded nuts from an RV vent cover. Some "wingnut" decided to use this type of fastener.. :-)
