For the mochi mooncakes, just keep it in room temperature for an hour to resume the gooey lava center.

This Friday marks one of China’s four major traditional festivals — the Mid-Autumn Festival, a time when families gather under the full moon and share mooncakes together.
To celebrate, our once-a-year Lava Mooncakes are coming back to the Boyce Farmers’ Market this Saturday! 🥮
We’ll have a selection of flavors, freshly made for this special occasion. For the past two years, our Mid-Autumn mooncakes have sold out by around 10 AM — and since we only make them once a year, be sure to come early if you don’t want to miss them! 💛
