Get to the shop at 5 am. One body beet me here. Tracey picked me up. And five minutes later body number four comes through the door. I so appreciate my people.

So glad mama didn’t raise no quitter. 3 main people down and I got er done when promised. Mind over matter. Valves were 123x 96. True story. Ugly blankets as we like to call them. Yeah team. gratitude pep talks.

Just gave a couple of customers girl guide cookies. Who knew a box of cookies could make someone so happy. It really is the little things.

We just call him kitten. Been with us for 7 years and he is the mascot. He has no be the centre of attention.

Shop cat kinda slows production.

Praying for the community of Tumbler Ridge. As I watch the news this morning and listen to Maya’s mom and dad talk about her recovery. So we hold this little girl in our prayers.

610 ft of tracer wrap done today. And tomorrow brings a day of what I like to call creative designing. My toes are cramping cuz my ass didn’t leave the chair and the old grey mayor ain’t what she used to be. But I was not leaving until I was done. I truly love how the universe takes care of us.

I am grateful. Good help is hard to find and I have the best people. Susan. Tracey. Danielle. Duck. Keith I just want to say thank you. And of course my kids. Jayce Hudson Ava kamri. Go team blankets.

Where to begin. I’m trying to be a good neighbour. But this woman bi***es about my cat. Bi***es if one of my customers has their trailer parked a little bit on her driveway. Bi***es if a customer parks in her driveway. And as I sit here watching the snow from his snowblower coming into my freshly plowed lot. Day after day. I think self. Text the bitch and say something. But I am not going to. I’m just going to let it slide. Cuz even though I have a mean streak. I will be the bigger person. It is Christmas after all. But next time she whines about something petty. All bets are off. Try and be kind. Even if you raise your blood pressure doing it. Merry Christmas.

We are so blessed. What a day yesterday. 3 different orders on the go. And definitely kicked some ass. Love what we do. Especially when we are busy. I have been going in at 2:30 to try and keep up. So far so good. Today I said self. 4:30 works. Not that I slept in. Just drank coffee and bonded with my fur babies.
