River Ridge

River Ridge is a uniquely designed complex housing a shopping centre and a residential tower. Each is its own independent entity.

The complex is spread over six aeres of land between the Clearwater River and the main shopping street "Manning Avenue". The shopping centre is fronting Manning Avenue and will be anchored by prominent National tenants. The residential tower fronts the Clearwater River where the Shipyard Museum will be located along with River Walk Promenades.
