Exploring Edmonton’s best local eats, hidden gems, events, and more ❥
Añejo’s enclosed rooftop patio has been my favourite spot for happy hour tacos and margaritas since they opened! 🌮🍹
During happy hour, tacos are only $4 each and tequila is half off! I always get the fish tacos. They’re perfectly crispy and tasty. Usually I pair them with a Mexcalarita, but this time I had to try their new feature cocktail: the Maui Margarita🍍✨
Hot tip: make sure you top them off with their white hot mayo, and I usually get a side of sour cream and pico 🔥🌶️

If you haven’t tried the new Dubai Chocolate Mochi Donut from Paris Baguette, you’re missing out! 🍫🍩

Fun activity in Edmonton: Chalkag Photo Booth! ✨📷
My sister and I stumbled upon this place while walking down Whyte Ave and ended up having so much fun!
They have two wide-angle photo booths — one red and one blue — plus a regular booth to choose from ❤️💙
Basically, you pick your booth, choose your photo grid/layout, and then hop in to snap your pics! It takes 8 shots, and then you select which ones you want to use on the screen 📸✨
After that, it prints off two copies, which you can place in a protective plastic cover and decorate with stickers. So cute!
If you want, you can also turn your photos into a bunch of fun keepsakes like magnets, keychains, mini paint portraits, and more 🖼️

Delicious sourdough café in Edmonton: Leo’s 🥯
Love this spot! I had a cheddar bagel with avocado and a cheesy egg and really enjoyed it. The bagel was super soft and flavourful 😋 For a beverage, I tried one of their February features — the Fresas con Crema Chai — and it was one of the best sweet drinks I’ve had lately 🍓☕️

My favourite speakeasy in Edmonton: Alchemy Bar 🍸
Just wow. You walk through a grand bookcase and suddenly you’re transported to what feels like a whole different city 📚✨ The seating, the wallpaper, the views… all 10/10 💎
I also really enjoyed the food and drinks! Everything on their menu is crafted to perfection. You can tell they really think of every detail 🙌

This is your sign to schedule a private pasta-making workshop at Da Cecot! 🍝✨
I treated my family as a Christmas gift and it was so fun! Erika walked us through everything, and we ended up making two different kinds of pasta — a ricotta ravioli and a lemon-zest caramelle 🍋
Once we were done, Erika cooked it all for us! The ravioli came in one of the best rosé sauces I’ve ever tasted, and the caramelle was baked with cheese. So, so good 🤤
Throughout the evening, we were also fed lots of appies! We had roast beef, frico di patate caprese, Gouda with bell peppers, cantaloupe and parma, cicchetti parma, and then hot chocolate for dessert 🧀🍫
10/10 amazing experience. This is my second workshop here, and I already can’t wait for my third! 🙌

Blowers & Grafton in Emerald Hills might just be my favourite location yet! 🦞✨
It’s so convenient being right in the Emerald Hills Shopping Centre — perfect for a date night in Sherwood Park or a quick lunch after wrapping up your errands.
The lobster rolls? So tasty and definitely worth stopping in for. 😍🦞

Baijiu’s enclosed patio is one of my favourite spots in the winter. I love how you can stay warm inside while still enjoying views of downtown’s skyline and parts of the Neon Museum ❄️✨
The cocktails are also very good. My go-to is the Mango Tango! If you ask, they’ll even craft a custom cocktail or mocktail based on your preferences 🍸

Love love love Guru Kitchen + Bar! Some of the best Indian food I’ve had in Edmonton 🤤
We tried the Cauliflower, Samosa Plate, Silken Butter Paneer & Garlic Naan. Everything was a 10/10 🥘✨
We also tried our first Indian wine. It was a crisp white and paired perfectly with the meal🍷
Service was also amazing 🫶 I already can’t wait to go back 💃

Cousin nights are my favourite 🕺
Lively eatery & bar in Garneau 🍻✨
Sugarbowl has been a local favourite since 1943, and for good reason! I love the cozy yet lively atmosphere, the great service, and of course, the delicious food 😍🍴
We all had to get the mac and cheese because… yum 😋 And I always make a point of trying the rotating cheesecake — truly one of the best I’ve had 🍰
