Your nervous system called. It would like a softer evening.

Not another night of scrolling until your eyes. Not another “I’ll rest later” that turns into never.

Sound Healing with Yoga Nidra is a guided rest experience for anyone who needs to soften the edges of their week.

You will be supported with props, guided into Yoga Nidra, and immersed in healing sounds designed to help the body relax, the breath settle, and the mind slow down.

This is for the overthinkers, the deep feelers, the busy parents, the caregivers, the exhausted professionals, and anyone who has been craving true rest.

Come give your nervous system the evening it has been asking for. Sign up link in the comments.

When September arrives, how do you want to feel?

I know, summer feels like it is just beginning. There are plans being made, weekends filling up, kids finishing school, trips being talked about, patios calling our name, and that hopeful little feeling of “maybe this summer will feel different.”

But I want you to pause for a second and actually imagine September. When you arrive there are you connected, or exhausted?

Did you spend the whole summer making sure everyone else had what they needed, while your own needs stayed somewhere at the bottom of the list?

Like you meant to rest, meant to move your body, meant to see your friends, meant to do something for yourself, but somehow it just kept getting pushed?

Or do you want to arrive in September feeling like you were actually engaged and part of your own summer?

You had things to look forward to.
You made new connections.
You moved your body.
You laughed.
You had conversations that reminded you you are not the only one.
You gave yourself permission to grow, rest, receive, and be supported while life was still happening.

That is why I created Self Love Summer.
Not because women need one more thing to do, because so many women need one place where they can be fully themselves and fully with themselves

One accessible membership. One yes. A whole summer of yoga, workshops, circles, community, and experiences created to help you feel more connected, more supported, and more included in your own life.

Self Love Summer begins June 27, and if you register before June 22, you will get early access to sign up for all the workshops and classes you want. Grab it now, we have a bi-weekly payment plan that will fit your budget.

This is the summer that includes you too.

This is not a "normal" craft night.
And I say that with love.

This is not about making a cute page, following a perfect tutorial, or leaving with something that looks like it belongs on Pinterest.

Art journaling is more honest than that.

It is part creativity, part reflection, part emotional exhale. It is a way to meet yourself without needing to have the right words. Sometimes the page becomes messy. Sometimes it becomes beautiful. Sometimes it becomes both.

In this workshop, you will be guided through simple prompts and creative practices to help you explore what you are feeling, what you are holding, what you are ready to release, or what wants to be seen.

No art experience needed. No pressure to share. No expectation to make it pretty.

Just you, the page, and whatever wants to come through.

Come create something honest. Sign up link in comments.

Your feet have been trying to get your attention.

That ache in your heel. The tight calves. The balance that feels a little less steady than it used to. The low back that complains after a long day. The knees that feel cranky when you walk, stand, or move.

It might not be “just aging.”
It might not be random.
And it might not be something you just have to live with.

Our feet are the foundation of the body, but most of us ignore them until they start hurting. In Functional Feet, we are going to slow down and actually look at how your feet move, how your walking patterns affect the rest of your body, how footwear changes your posture and stability, and what you can do to support stronger, healthier, more mobile feet.

This is a practical, welcoming workshop for anyone dealing with foot discomfort, plantar fasciitis, tight calves, poor balance, sore knees, hip tension, or low back discomfort.

No yoga experience required. Just come as you are, virtually or in person.

All registrants receive the recording. Sign up in comments.

Your feet carry you every single day. Come learn how to take care of them.

Your body is always trying to communicate.

But stress has a way of interrupting the signal.

You know those moments where your brain feels foggy, your body feels tense, your emotions feel bigger than usual, and even the smallest thing feels like too much? BodyTalk Access is a simple routine designed to help support the body’s natural communication systems through gentle techniques, including light tapping on the head and sternum.

In this 6-hour workshop, you will learn five foundational BodyTalk Access techniques that you can use on yourself, your family, or your friends. These tools are designed to support stress relief, mental clarity, hydration balance, immune system awareness, and the body’s natural ability to return to a more balanced state.

This is not about becoming a practitioner overnight. It is about learning simple, non-invasive tools you can actually use in real life when your body, mind, or nervous system needs support.

If you have ever wished you had something gentle and practical to reach for when stress, overwhelm, brain fog, tension, or everyday discomfort shows up, this workshop is for you.

Come spend the day learning healing tools you can take with you for life. Link to sign up in comments.
