Rich, savoury, and deeply comforting. Our Bone Marrow Fettuccine combines house-made pasta with umami sauce, toasted buckwheat, Grana Padano, and fresh chive for a dish layered with texture and depth of flavour.
The richness of the bone marrow is balanced by the nuttiness of the buckwheat and the sharp finish of the cheese, creating a pasta dish that feels indulgent while remaining refined.

Spring ingredients continue to shape the menu as the season settles in. Lighter flavours, fresh vegetables, bright herbs, and dishes designed to feel balanced while still comforting.
This time of year allows the kitchen to work closely with local ingredients and create plates that reflect what early summer dining in Alberta should feel like.
