We cultivate leadership through dialogue, engagement, and mentorship. We are a group of Edmonton volunteers who are here to make an impact in our community.
Since 2006, our engagement events and mentorship programs have brought Edmontonians together from a variety of backgrounds and professions. We are local, non-partisan and non-profit. Our organization is championed by volunteers from a variety of backgrounds, and we are advised by many of Edmonton’s established leaders.

Earlier this week, we had our orientation call with the Summer 2026 Mentors to prepare for the mentorship program launching TONIGHT ✨
We’re incredibly grateful to our mentors for volunteering their time, experiences, and insights with interVivos. We can’t wait for our participants to meet everyone at 99ten and begin their mentorship journey together 🙌💡

🎉 Meet Puneet Manchanda (he/him): Our 10th and FINAL Summer 2026 Mentor ✨
Puneet Manchanda is the LP Manager of Engineering Services at Enbridge. He played a key role in leading the development and implementation of an enterprise-level Quality Management System that helped improve consistency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization. 💡🤝
His advice? “Focus on understanding the bigger picture, not just doing your part well.” Puneet believes that understanding how your work connects to the broader organization helps build stronger collaboration, better decision-making, and long-term growth.
Fun fact? Outside of work, Puneet enjoys community engagement, cultural initiatives, badminton, and volleyball. He has also served in leadership roles with organizations such as the Alberta Hindi Association and the Council of India Societies of Edmonton. 🏸🏐🤝

🎉 Meet Major Jose Areekadan (he/him): Our 9th Summer 2026 Mentor ✨
Major Jose Areekadan is the Deputy Commanding Officer of the 4th Canadian Ranger Patrol Group. Having lived and worked throughout Asia and the Middle East, and speaking Mandarin, Arabic, and Malayalam, he hopes to offer guidance that is both practical and culturally grounded. 💡🤝
His advice? “Lead by example.”
Fun fact? Major Jose enjoys dancing, cooking, and taking in scenic vistas whenever possible. 💃🍳🏔️

🎉 Meet Jasjit Kahlon (he/him): Our 8th Summer 2026 Mentor ✨
Jasjit Kahlon is a Leadership Coach and Skill Development Facilitator who has delivered professional and personal development programs across business, industry, corporate, and government spaces in Edmonton. He has also successfully delivered youth leadership programs with First Nations communities across 10 reserve locations. 💡🤝
His advice? “Hard work trumps everything. Your deep desire will lead to your thoughts, your thoughts will lead to your actions, and your actions will lead to your destiny.”
Fun fact? Jasjit enjoys playing golf, babysitting his granddaughter, and volunteering through community service. ⛳👶🤝
