A Modern Prometheus

A Modern Prometheus would like to give a warm welcome to our new bassist, Cam Rehman. A reputed artist throughout the Edmonton and Western Canadian scene. From Tides of Kharon, Immunize, Tales of the Tomb, Silent Line, and session work among others, countless releases and touring, sharing the stage with Children of Bodom and Swallow The Sun. We are honoured to have Cam suit up and join A Modern Prometheus. His debut will be on June 21st at Temple. Let's give him the warmest of welcomes.

Join us Edmonton, and spread our society around the globe. We perform at 's Temple alongside , , , and coming all the way from Calgary for the first time is Killing Spree. Our very own performs with Repugnant Scum as well!

Now payment, let's discuss. We require a simple offering, $20 for presale or $25 at the door. Message a member of Prometheus and we can put you on will call or provide a physical ticket. Those sales won't last. Otherwise, you can purchase a ticket via the Web link in our bio. We want to thank everyone involved for organising and making this event possible.

This is an ALL AGES EVENT. We do hope to see you at this gathering, we do not plan on performing again for some time, serious inquiries only.

This Friday will end, not just a chapter in A Modern Prometheus, but quite a milestone. After 8 years in AMP, our fretless rascal will be moving on from this project. It is with absolute respect and goodwill over Mats' departure, and we truly wish him nothing but the absolute best. So much has happened in the 8 years with already a few lineup changes, performing at festivals and being invited to open up for Be'lakor. Mat has been integral for keeping the flame of this band alive, with commitment and loyalty for close to nearly a decade showing his devotion and longevity. Come support Mat as he dons the suit once more this Friday.

It's been a few days since and we hope you enjoyed our set as much as we did. It's with deep privilege that we were invited to what might be the last Slaughterfest, so without further ado, thank you all for coming and supporting such an established event that has been paramount for the local Edmonton scene.
This would never have happened without Sean, , from the four of our blackened hearts we thank you for giving us this opportunity. We had to deliver for you and the scene you've worked tirelessly for twenty years.
Massive Cheers to and all staff for hosting such a memorable event, it's always been an honour to perform for you.
