A group of wonderful Fluid Lifers got to attend the 13th Annual Be Brave Luncheon. We are proud to be a presenting sponsor for this event as we continue to commit to helping children and adults survivors build brighter futures.
Both Elizabeth Smart and the Little Warriors' Graduate presented powerful messages of hope and the power of healing, and the impact the Be Brave Ranch has on the futures of the survivors.
The team also got to meet Eddy! One of the team members at Dogs with Wings ❤

Contamination control is one of the most effective ways to improve equipment reliability and one of the most misunderstood.
In industrial systems, contamination typically comes from three primary sources:
• Solid particles (dirt, dust, wear debris)
• Water (condensation, leaks, ingress during maintenance)
• Chemical contaminants (coolant leaks, oxidation byproducts, incorrect fluids)
Even small amounts can accelerate wear, reduce lubricant performance, and shorten component life.
Effective contamination control is about building clean systems, informed decisions, and predictable outcomes. When you control contamination, you control reliability.
Be sure to attend Jeff Walkup workshop at Reliable Plant on Monday June 15th! In his session titled ""From Contamination to Corrective Action: Turning Oil Analysis into Reliability Decisions"", Jeff will will examine how contaminants such as dirt, dust, moisture, and process debris enter systems, how they impact both lubricant health and machine condition, and what practical steps can be taken to control those risks through better storage, handling, filtration, breathers, sampling practices, and maintenance discipline. While there visit us at booth 806. https://fluidlife.tiny.us/4rt5pnrr

As spring turns to summer, diesel engines begin to lose margin for error. Ambient temperatures rise, cooling loads increase, and coolant systems that looked acceptable in winter can quickly become the weak link in the asset. That is why this time of year matters.
In our latest Fluid Insights, Jeff Walkup talks about the importance of coolant testing for your diesel engines and be sure to get your copy of our Coolant Call to Action Checklist. https://fluidlife.tiny.us/2p8h8ver

Most plant🏭failures give a warning....are you seeing it?
If you operate a plant, you do not get paid for good intentions. You get paid for uptime and production. That is why oil, coolant, grease, particle count, and filter testing should never be treated as mere commodities. When done correctly, they serve as some of the clearest early-warning systems within the plant.
McKinsey reports predictive maintenance can reduce machine downtime by 30% to 50% and increase machine life by up to 40%. DOE reports predictive programs can cut maintenance costs by nearly 30%, reduce downtime by at least 35%, and eliminate up to 75% of breakdowns.
Plants do not need more noise. They need earlier warning, better interpretation, faster action, and fewer costly surprises. That is where Fluid Life earns its place. Read the latest Fluid Insights article: https://fluidlife.tiny.us/yckds2rm

Hope everyone had an egg‑cellent Easter long weekend with family and friends! 🥚🐣 Last Wednesday and Thursday, our lab teams were busy hopping around during the annual Egg Hunt, hunting down golden rabbits and eggs hidden throughout our four locations. We even had someone find an egg from last year (football egg) at our Irving location (awesome...but eeww).
