You might be out of alignment.

Your body has basic needs—and when they’re ignored, life feels heavier than it should.

Here’s a simple reset guide:

1️⃣ Tired? → Get sunlight.
☀️ Sunlight boosts mood, energy, and focus by activating your brain’s “wake-up” hormones.
😴 Lack of natural light disrupts your circadian rhythm and drains your energy.
💡 Solution: Spend 10 minutes in midday sun—no sunglasses, no sunscreen, just face and arms.

2️⃣ Sad? → Move your body.
🏃 Regular movement rewires how your brain processes emotions.
🧠 Depression shrinks parts of the brain—exercise grows them back.
💥 Resistance training few times a week (or dancing, climbing, playing —make it fun.

3️⃣ Anxious? → Breathe intentionally.
🌬️ Anxiety speeds up shallow breathing, keeping your body in panic mode.
🧘‍♂️ Breath is the remote control to your nervous system.
💥 Try this: inhale 4s → hold 4s → exhale 6s (box or diaphragmatic breathing works wonders).

4️⃣ Stressed? → Take a walk.
🚶‍♀️ Walking clears the mental noise and breaks the stress loop.
🌊 Water walks lower cortisol more than city walks—but any movement helps.
💥 Just 5–15 minutes can make a difference. Bonus if you do it daily (even when you're not stressed).

5️⃣ Burnt out? → Get into nature.
🌲 When you feel like you don’t have time to pause—that’s exactly when you need it.
☀️ Sun + fresh air + beauty = nervous system reset.
💥 One hour in nature can restore more energy than a whole weekend on the couch.

What changed the game for me? 👇🏼

I used to be the person who said yes to everyone else and no to myself.

If a last-minute invite came up, I’d drop everything—skip the gym, skip the tasks I knew I should be doing.- just to get that short term gratification of feeling “cool”

What I didn’t realize was that every time I did that, I was telling myself my goals didn’t matter.
My priorities weren’t really priorities.

The truth?

Discipline is hard.
So is wasting your potential.
So is being stagnant.
So is watching time slip away.

You have a choice:
Stay stuck in the same cycle…
Or get serious about building the YOU that you have always dreamed of being.

YOU choose your hard.

Change starts when you decide your time is valuable. When you realize saying “yes” to everyone else often means saying “no” to the life you want.

Let me reintroduce myself.

Hey you, Shaden here or (shady, shades, shaydogg, whatever ya want to call me)😉

In 2023, I hit a breaking point.
I was tired of trading hours for a paycheque…
Tired of working 12-16 hours a day clocking in and out, feeling trapped in the rat race. 
Tired of watching life pass me by while I sat behind someone else’s dream.

So I made a decision.

I invested in learning high-income skills that gave me leverage—not limits.
Skills that allowed me to leave my jobs behind and build a life on my own terms.

Little over a year ago I packed my bags and moved to Costa Rica where I’ve been experiencing life with depth and freedom. Living, learning, healing, growing and waking up excited—not exhausted.

This isn’t luck.
It’s alignment.
It’s intention.
And it all started with a choice.
A choice for change.
There’s no change without change.
