Some photos to recap the weekend, the 2020 Virtual MS Bike tour was a success!! Thanks again to everyone that donated and supported the journey, we managed to raise almost 750$ this year during the pandemic!! As promised, here is some proof of the mileage for money goal. It was a tough day but I would gladly do it again for such a great cause.
Big thanks to for chaperoning me around town, and thanks to the local weather people for being wrong about the rain đ.

4 sleeps until the MS bike tour!!!
Although the ride is â â this year, our team is absolutely killing it with fundraising, topping the charts at almost 30,000$ raised so far. And our 5-year total is almost a quarter millyđ±. So much love and gratitude to everyone that has donated or helped out along the way đđŻ.
Itâs not too late to sign up (FOR FREE) and/or join us on a 20km loop this Saturday at 10AM, followed by FREE BEER and a socially distanced get together! Please send me a DM if you donât have any plans and would like to come hang with the crew on Saturday!!
I am also still pushing the fundraising, and from now until ride day I will be riding an extra 1km for every 5$ donated. So far you guys are making me go 71km for the cause, letâs see if we can hit triple digits đ.
Link to donate is in my bio, and as always, all donations over 20$ will receive a tax receipt â€ïž.
For some context, this pic was from the 2018 ride when my legs stopped working about 75km into the ride home. I had to hop in the truck and get a lift to the last rest stop, sit in the grass and rest for about 30 mins, and then stand on the pedals and use my body weight to make the bike move the last 15km to the finish line. Tough day but definitely worth the memories. Thanks and for the motivation that day.
3rd installation of dynamic warmup videos!!
We kept this one really brief to stop you guys from holding up the tee boxes. Feel free to go through this routine twice or hold longer with the stretches.
Even though golf wouldnât usually be considered an explosive sport, the rotating nature of whacking balls can be pretty hard on your spine so make sure to warm up before teeing off!
You definitely wonât want my advice on how to golf... But if anything in your body doesnât feel right while chasing birdies, feel free to send me a DM and letâs at least get that part of your game sorted out.

Second part of the dynamic warmup series! Here are some ideas on how to warm up your legs before . These movements can also be used to bust some out of your joints first thing in the morning. Great ideas for warming up before , , , , , etc.
If you have any pain with these activities please let me know! Send me a DM and we can sort that stuff out together.
Stay tuned for a dynamic warmup video coming after the long weekend. Iâd love to make some more of these as well so if you are watching and have any specific sports or activities that you would like me to cover then please get the ideas in my inbox!
No gym? No problem!! Use what youâve got at home!
Itâs not about what you do. Itâs not about how it looks. Itâs all about just doing it.
The world is waking back up, but gyms wonât be open for a while. That doesnât mean your activity level has to stay on shutdown too. Itâs the perfect time to and with stuff youâve got around the house. I found some rusty old chains at the farm and have been using them for everything.
If you are struggling with equipment or exercise ideas at home, hit me up in the DMs and we can brainstorm some ideas together. Laundry baskets and luggage filled with weights can work the same as a barbell...

Physical therapy clinics are open again, that means is back in action baby! I wanted to help ease the transition out of the house and back into the world by sharing some warmup ideas to get some movement in our bones after a month of decreased activity.
Here is a quick upper body dynamic stretching routine to use as a warmup either at the start of the day or before exercising. Try to stay loose and feel a strong stretch with each exercise. If anything hurts while youâre doing this, send me a DM and we can work on it together!
Over here ready to flip the switch on this virus like...

This year will be my 5th year participating in the ride, and itâs also the 5th year that Team Rehab has been riding and raising money to end MS. This year is also a huge step for us because we will be reaching 250,000$ raised as a team!!
