Sometimes the most meaningful things in a practice have nothing to do with the treatment itself for me.

A client recently gave me this little card she made featuring Mango, (who thinks he's the Alpine mascot).

The note inside was incredibly thoughtful and reminded me why I wanted to build Alpine Body Concepts in the first place:

To keep learning.
To share what I know.
To make massage therapy more human.
And to create a space where people feel genuinely heard and cared for.

I'm incredibly grateful for the people who have trusted me with their stories, their bodies, and their time.

Sometimes a little piece of that connection shows up as chocolate bars or coffee, sometimes it ends up sitting right here in the treatment room. 🌲😸
