Our boutique window is filled with the photography of Lana McQueen this month. Her eye captures many scenes around the Island, including this bald eagle who seems a little shy of the camera lens. Come see her work!

The creative team at Live Edge Design posed this question. What if we flipped a wonderful wooden surface, intended for a table top, and made a hanging head board instead? You'll see the answer to that question in our main window display this month. A dramatic re-visioning in multiple views!

It won't be long before we will cozy up to our fireplaces and woodstoves. Meanwhile, appreciate some heat from this glowing painting by Cheryl Painter. A piece from her fire series will warm your heart.

We are closed on Wednesday, September 30, in honour of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
