Brief history of me; nutrition in long term care homes is my background and education since 1998 , while studying I worked in the kitchen and the cleaning departments in private seniors homes and hospitals working my way up to management , overseeing nutrition, housekeeping and laundry services in Victoria BC and the East Kootenays of BC

New to Nova Scotia (2022) I've left the long term care homes / hospitals and created a small business cleaning homes and businesses throughout Digby County including the Islands down the Digby Neck.
