Squamish Day 2 -
Enjoyed the river steps from our little cabin in the woods
And then a 6-7km walk/hike past 4 “lakes”. Growing up on Lake Huron the use of the word lake here is absolutely laughable, but the views and trail were stunning.
Definitely recommend.
Four Lakes Trail - Alice Lake, Edith Lake, Fawn Lake and Stump Lake.
Go ahead and add it to your summer list.

My back (under shoulder blades and QL) has been “tweaky” lately so I’ve been focusing on:
Core stability
Building my thoracic spine mobility again
Shoulder stability
Shoulder mobility
Glute engagement in all planes
And of course lots of foam rolling, especially in my glutes! Also, shout out to and their amazing team for additional support 🥰
Anyways, hope you get some ideas for what could feel good for you!
Also, using the to help create proximal stability for distal mobility is key here. I’ve been in the business 20 years, and I’ve been certified in DVRT training for 9 years. I know from years of experience…IT WORKS!!!
