About EXL Engineering
Founded in 2008, the EXL materials testing laboratories adhere to CSA standards and are Canadian Council of Independent Laboratories (CCIL) certified. Our laboratories are located in the Greater Vancouver area in Delta, BC; also in Kelowna, Penticton and Golden, BC. EXL Engineering employs over 25 Engineers, technologists and technicians serving the Vancouver, Okanagan and Kootenays regions. EXL can provide testing and inspection services for concrete, soils, asphalt and aggregate. All of our technical staff are fully trained and certified under the strict guidelines of the CCIL organization; which represents the independent, private-sector testing laboratories in Canada.
